AN ACT PROHIBITING HOMEOWNER OR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS FROM INTERFERING WITH OR PREVENTING INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit homeowner or condominium associations from interfering with or preventing the installation of solar photovoltaic systems by member residents on their units.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow common interest owners to install solar panels.
