AN ACT DESIGNATING GUSTAVE WHITEHEAD'S NO. 21 AS THE STATE PIONEERING AIRCRAFT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Gustave Whitehead's No. 21 shall be the state pioneering aircraft.
