28 | 28 | That section 4-189i of the general statutes be amended to require agencies to (1) review not less than twenty-five per cent of their existing regulations annually, and (2) submit a review of all of their existing regulations every four years to the regulation review committee, along with recommendations for the amendment or repeal of any regulation. | |
