AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURE OF RECORDS MAINTAINED BY THE ASSOCIATION OF A COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 47-260 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the association of a common interest community shall permit a unit owner or the unit owner's authorized agent access to records reflecting the salary of any employees of the common interest community and costs paid to vendors and contractors providing services to the common interest community.
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance transparency relating to the disclosure of records by the association of a common interest community.
