AN ACT CONCERNING SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN AND THE OFFICE OF VICTIM SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to include special needs children who are the victims of abuse or neglect under the umbrella of the Office of Victim Services protection.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the powers and duties of the Office of Victim Services to include the care of special needs children who are the victims of abuse and neglect.
