2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the State Fire Marshal be required to study the use of explosive agents and blasting in the state, review the existing statutes and regulations and make recommendations regarding the use of explosive agents and blasting to ensure public safety and abatement of any hazard in a report to be submitted to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public safety.
