2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3030 That section 12-170d of the general statutes be amended to explicitly apply to veterans having a disability rating of one hundred per cent, as determined by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, regardless of such veterans' Social Security disability status.

3434 To eliminate the requirement that one hundred per cent disabled veterans must also be deemed eligible to receive permanent total disability benefits under Social Security in order to receive the rental assistance provided to certain elderly and disabled persons.
