2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3030 That the general statutes be amended to (1) establish a quasi-public agency to implement a pilot program to develop, manage and assist the state's businesses through the creation of an e-commerce Internet web site to (A) promote state businesses, (B) offer such businesses' goods and services for sale, and (C) accept advertising, and (2) distribute a portion of the revenue created from such web site to participating municipalities.
