AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN INDEPENDENT REVIEW BOARD TO REVIEW CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY DUE TO BLASTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an independent review board to review any claim for damages to residential property due to the use of explosives and blasting agents.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an independent review board to review claims for damage to residential property due to blasting.
