2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit any political committee, party committee, candidate committee, candidate participating in the Citizens' Election Program or individual coordinating with such committee or candidate from disclosing any information regarding any complaint against a candidate appearing on the ballot filed with the State Elections Enforcement Commission or the Office of State Ethics during the one hundred twenty days prior to any primary or regular election.
