AN ACT CONCERNING REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The sum of ____ dollars is appropriated to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for design and construction of a regional wastewater treatment facility to be located in the city of Norwich and serving the towns of Bozrah, Franklin, Ledyard, Preston, Sprague and Lisbon.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for a regional wastewater treatment facility serving the towns of Bozrah, Franklin, Ledyard, Preston, Sprague and Lisbon.
