AN ACT RESTORING STATE ASSISTANCE FOR MEDICARE PART D BENEFICIARIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-265d of the 2016 supplement to the general statutes be amended to restore state payments of Medicare Part D drug copayments that exceed fifteen dollars a month for beneficiaries who are dually eligible for Medicaid and Medicare.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore state payments for Medicare Part D drug copayments that exceed fifteen dollars a month for dually eligible beneficiaries.
