(Effective from passage) (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of section 32-356 of the general statutes, $3,399 of the amount appropriated in section 1 of public act 15-244, as amended by section 155 of public act 15-5 of the June special session, to the Department of Economic and Community Development, for Small Business Incubator Program, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, shall lapse on June 30, 2016.

278	278	(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (f) of section 4-89 of the general statutes, $21,885 of the amount appropriated in section 1 of public act 15-244, as amended by section 155 of public act 15-5 of the June special session, to the Office of Higher Education, for Minority Advancement Program, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, shall lapse on June 30, 2016.

280	280	(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (g) of section 4-89 of the general statutes, $15 of the amount appropriated in section 1 of public act 15-244, as amended by section 155 of public act 15-5 of the June special session, to the Department of Rehabilitation Services, for Part-Time Interpreters, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, shall lapse on June 30, 2016.

282	282	(d) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (h) of section 4-89 of the general statutes, $41,530 of the amount appropriated in section 1 of public act 15-244, as amended by section 155 of public act 15-5 of the June special session, to the Labor Department, for Workforce Investment Act, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, shall lapse on June 30, 2016.

(Effective from passage) (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (b) of section 4-89 of the general statutes, $15,459,080 of the amount appropriated in section 2 of public act 15-244, to the Department of Transportation, for Pay-As-You-Go Transportation Projects, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, shall lapse on June 30, 2016.
