AN ACT ESTABLISHING WINDHAM HIGH SCHOOL AS A STEM MAGNET SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That, notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision (1) of subsection (b) of section 10-264l of the 2016 supplement to the general statutes, the town of Windham shall be permitted to establish Windham High School as a STEM interdistrict magnet school and receive interdistrict magnet school funding from the state for such school.
Statement of Purpose:
To convert Windham High School to a STEM magnet school.
