AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL BOND CAP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to enact a $1.8 billion annual bond cap.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce debt service by enacting an annual bond cap.
