AN ACT REDUCING THE HOSPITAL TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 211a of the general statutes be amended to reduce the hospital tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To lower the tax burden on hospitals and improve health care services by reducing the hospital tax.
