AN ACT CONCERNING PROBATE FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 45a-107 of the 2016 supplement to the general statutes be amended by capping the basis for the computation of fees at two million dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore fair distribution of probate fees by capping the basis for the computation of fees at two million dollars.
