AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPEAL OF THE AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTER TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-263i of the 2016 supplement to the general statutes be repealed in order to eliminate the tax on ambulatory surgical centers.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the tax on ambulatory surgical centers.
