AN ACT RESTORING THE CAP ON PROBATE FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 45a-107 of the 2016 supplement to the general statutes be amended to restore the $25,000 cap on probate fees for the biennium ending June 30, 2017.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore the $25,000 cap on probate fees.
