AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL CAP ON STATE BOND AUTHORIZATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an annual cap on bond authorizations of $1.5 billion.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the state's long-term indebtedness by establishing an annual cap on bond authorizations.
