AN ACT REPEALING THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX ON PENSION PLANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the personal income tax on income from pension plans.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the personal income tax on income from pension plans.
