AN ACT REPEALING THE CONNECTICUT PERSONAL ALTERNATIVE MINIMUM TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-700a and 12-701 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the Connecticut personal alternative minimum tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the Connecticut personal alternative minimum tax provisions of the state personal income tax in order to better correspond with federal tax law.
