| 32 | 32 | That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to (1) pay hospitals that provide free care to indigent persons who do not have health-care coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, P.L. 111-148, or do not qualify for such coverage, and (2) require the Commissioner of Social Services to seek federal approval for matching funds for such payments. | |
