AN ACT DECREASING LEGISLATIVE POSTAL COSTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that the amount of funds allotted for the purpose of paying the cost of postage for legislators to send mail be decreased by fifty per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease the amount of state funds used for legislators to send mail. .
