AN ACT CONCERNING A HALFWAY HOUSE FOR WOMEN IN NEW HAVEN COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for a halfway house for women in New Haven County.
Statement of Purpose:
To address the needs of female ex-offenders at their point of re-entry in New Haven County.
