2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 870 of the general statutes be amended to allow the Judicial Branch to exempt from delivery via United States mail all judicial notices to attorneys who have agreed to receive such notices via electronic mail.
