AN ACT IMPOSING A LIMITATION ON THE ASSESSMENT OF PROBATE COURT FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 45a-107 of the general statutes be amended to limit the maximum Probate Court fee that may be assessed in connection with the administration of any estate to twelve thousand five hundred dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the amount of fees that may be assessed by the Probate Court in connection with the administration of estates.
