AN ACT EXTENDING THE SCHOOL SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM TO FISCAL YEAR 2017.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 84 of public act 13-3, as amended by section 15 of public act 13-122, section 191 of public act 13-247, section 73 of public act 14-98 and section 1 of public act 15-5, be amended to make the school security infrastructure grant program applicable to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the school security infrastructure grant program.
