AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS IN NEW LONDON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That, notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 173 of the general statutes or any regulation adopted by the State Board of Education or Department of Administrative Services, the balance of costs shall be reimbursed to the town of New London as eligible project costs for the school building projects at the Winthrop STEM Elementary Magnet School (Project Number 095-0081 RE), New London High School (Project Number 095-0077 A/CV), Bennie Dover Middle School (Project Number 095-0080 A), C. B. Jennings Elementary School (Project Number 095-0079 N), and the Science and Technology Magnet High School (Project Number 095-0078 MAG/EA).
Statement of Purpose:
To reimburse the town of New London the balance of costs as eligible project costs for certain school building projects in New London.
