AN ACT CONCERNING THE PAYMENT OF SWIMMING POOL ASSEMBLER'S LICENSING FEES BY SWIMMING POOL BUILDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
The holder of a valid swimming pool builder's license issued pursuant to section 20-340d of the general statutes shall not be required to pay the initial license fee or any license renewal fee for a swimming pool assembler's license issued pursuant to section 20-340e of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To relieve the holder of a swimming pool builder's license from also paying licensing and renewal fees for a swimming pool assembler's license.
