2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

(NEW) (Effective from passage) Not later than October 1, 2016, the executive director of the Joint Committee on Legislative Management shall post on the Internet web site of the General Assembly a publicly accessible list of all boards, commissions or councils that have one or more of their members appointed by a member of the General Assembly. Such list shall include, but need not be limited to, the name of each member of the board, commission or council, who made the appointment and whether there are any vacancies on the board, commission or council. The executive director shall update and post such updated list not less than quarterly.
