RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF SCOTT A. BARTON OF SEYMOUR TO BE A WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSIONER.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Scott A. Barton of Seymour to be a Workers' Compensation Commissioner, to serve for a term of five years from January 26, 2015, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Workers' Compensation Commissioner for said term.
