RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE JOSEPH A. LICARI, JR. OF NORTH HAVEN TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Joseph A. Licari, Jr. of North Haven to be a State Referee, to serve for a term of eight years from March 14, 2016, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.
