RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE HILLARY B. STRACKBEIN OF GUILFORD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE JUDICIAL REVIEW COUNCIL AS A SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Hillary B. Strackbein of Guilford to be a member of the Judicial Review Council, as a Superior Court judge, to serve a term ending November 30, 2019, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, in succession to the Honorable Joan K. Alexander, whose term expired, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said member for said term.
