RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF RICHARD BALDUCCI OF DEEP RIVER TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by J. Brendan Sharkey, speaker of the House of Representatives, of Richard Balducci of Deep River to be a member of the Board of Regents for Higher Education, to serve a term ending June 30, 2019, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
