RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF ROBERT L. PAINTER OF HARTFORD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MATERIALS INNOVATION AND RECYCLING AUTHORITY.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, of Robert L. Painter of Hartford to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority, to serve a term ending February 25, 2020, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
