2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Board of Regents for Higher Education shall study issues concerning Connecticut's manufacturing and technology workforce. Not later than January 1, 2017, the president of the Board of Regents for Higher Education shall report on such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education and employment advancement in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes.
