AN ACT REPEALING THE TAX ON AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 211a of the general statutes be amended to repeal the six per cent tax on the gross receipts of ambulatory surgical centers.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the growth of and provide financial relief to ambulatory surgical centers by repealing the tax on the gross receipts of such centers.
