AN ACT REPEALING THE AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTER TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 211a of the general statutes be amended to repeal the ambulatory surgical center tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the ambulatory surgical center tax.
