AN ACT PHASING OUT THE ESTATE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to phase out the estate tax by reducing it by one per cent each year beginning in 2016.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax relief by phasing out the estate tax.
