AN ACT CONCERNING THE UNITARY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal the unitary business tax provisions.
Statement of Purpose:
To make Connecticut more competitive in order to attract and retain businesses by repealing the unitary tax.
