AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR A STUDY ON COMMUNITY-BASED HEALTH CARE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of twenty-six thousand dollars be appropriated to the Department of Public Health, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, to study the effectiveness of providing community-based health care services in the state as required by section 359 of public act 15-5 of the June special session.
Statement of Purpose:
To appropriate funds to the Department of Public Health to study and issue a preliminary and a final report on the effectiveness of providing community-based health care services in Connecticut.
