AN ACT CONCERNING THE RESTORATION OF FUNDING FOR THE PROBATE COURT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ___ dollars be appropriated to the Probate Court, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, for the efficient operation of the Probate Court system.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore state funding for Probate Court system.
