AN ACT CONCERNING AUTOMATED HANDICAP DOORS FOR ELDERLY HOUSING COMPLEXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) All elderly housing in the state shall have at least one automated, handicapped-accessible door.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To allow for easy entry by elderly, handicapped residents of elderly housing units.
