24	24	AN ACT MAKING THE BUDGETS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT, THE CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM AND THE REGIONAL COMMUNITY-TECHNICAL COLLEGE SYSTEM AVAILABLE ONLINE.

26	26	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

28	28	Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2016) (a) On or before September 1, 2016, and annually thereafter, the Board of Trustees for The University of Connecticut shall post on said university's Internet web site the current operating budget of The University of Connecticut in detail. Such budget detail shall include, but not be limited to: (1) Any amounts appropriated from the General Fund, and (2) any amounts to be paid from the tuition revenues of The University of Connecticut.

30	30	(b) On or before September 1, 2016, and annually thereafter, the Board of Regents for Higher Education shall post on the Internet web site of the Connecticut State University System the current operating budget of said system in detail. Such budget detail shall include, but not be limited to: (1) Any amounts appropriated from the General Fund, and (2) any amounts to be paid from the tuition revenues of said system.
