(NEW) (Effective October 1, 2016) Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes concerning the confidentiality of the identity of a victim of domestic violence, a municipal police department may forward the names of victims of domestic violence to domestic violence victim support groups approved by the Judicial Department or which are under contract with a state agency or the municipality for the provision of victim support services. | |
