532 AN ACT MAKING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE STATE BUDGET FOR THE BIENNIUM ENDING JUNE 30, 2017.

734 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

9-Section 1. (Effective from passage) (a) The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management may make reductions in allotments for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, in the following accounts of the GENERAL FUND in the following amounts in order to achieve budget savings in said fiscal year:
36+Section 1. (Effective from passage) The joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies shall study deficit mitigation measures for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017. Not later than April 30, 2016, the chairpersons of said committee shall submit a report on the committee's findings and recommendations to the General Assembly, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes.
