RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE BARRY R. SCHALLER OF GUILFORD TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Barry R. Schaller of Guilford to be a State Referee, to serve for a term of eight years from February 20, 2016, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.
