7676 Whenever a bill is substantively amended, it may be referred to the legislative commissioners to be re-examined for the purposes set forth in Rule 13 of the Joint Rules for the 2016 regular session and to be reprinted as amended. The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall complete its examination of any such bill within three calendar days of its receipt. The bill shall then be transmitted to the clerk.
