AN ACT CONCERNING BUDGETING FOR MEDICAID EXPENDITURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 4 of the general statutes be amended to require that the calculation of general budget expenditures include the full cost of Medicaid programs without deductions for anticipated federal reimbursements.
Statement of Purpose:
To accurately reflect Medicaid expenditures in the state budget.
